As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll serve as the face and voice of the Service Department—handling customer calls, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and customer‑first mindset will play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of the department. You’ll do this while joining Ron Tonkin Toyota, one of the fastest‑growing dealerships in the Greater Portland Area.
