About The Position

You’re a dependable technician who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in delivering fast, quality service. You understand the importance of routine maintenance, work well in a team environment, and know that reliability and consistency make a real difference for customers. As a Lube/Express Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance and express services that help keep vehicles running smoothly and customers coming back with confidence. Your work plays a vital role in the success of the service department and the overall customer experience. You’ll do this at Ron Tonkin Honda, the only Honda dealership in Portland, Oregon, where the service department is busier than ever. We’re looking to add an experienced and reliable technician to support our growing service operation and be part of a team customers trust for all their automotive needs.

Requirements

HS Diploma
Attention-to-Detail
Willingness to Learn
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Prior vehicle maintenance is preferred

Responsibilities

Changing oil
Performing light express vehicle maintenance
Assisting the service department and technicians as needed
