BDC Service Representative Job Responsibilities Be the First Impression: Answer inbound calls with energy and professionalism. Master the Schedule: Help our guests book the essential services their vehicles need to stay safe on the road. Maintain the Connection: Perform outbound follow-ups and confirm appointments to ensure our shop runs like a well-oiled machine. Solve Problems: Act as the bridge between our guests and our expert technicians. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year of prior customer service (Retail, Hospitality, or Call Center experience transfers perfectly!)
  • Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and a reliable, professional "phone voice."
  • Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
