Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival
  • Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
  • Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards
