About The Position

Tuttle-Click Automotive is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. BDC roles are a gateway to advancement into service advising and management. Requirements

• Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Maintain an acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer visits
• Follow up with service prospects to maintain engagement
• Accurately log all customer interactions in CRM systems
• Set and confirm appointments for service departments
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers at all times
• Support dealership goals by helping drive customer traffic
• Maintain organization and follow established processes
