About The Position

Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a friendly, customer focused individual to join their team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and luxury cars, who believes in providing exceptional client care. The schedule is Monday-Saturday with one scheduled weekday off. The estimated annual compensation range is $48,000.00-$52,000.00, which includes a base hourly rate and a monthly bonus structure.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years old
Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Self-motivated
Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone

Responsibilities

Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
Schedule service appointments
Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
Schedule deliveries
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
Other duties assigned by management team
