About The Position

Service BDC Agent – Pride Motor Group (Lynn, MA) Up to $55,000 Annually | Hourly Pay + Bonus | No Experience Needed – We Train Pride Motor Group is a long-standing, family-owned automotive group serving the North Shore community with Chevrolet, Kia, and used-vehicle operations . As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Service BDC Agent to join our customer-focused team. Position Overview As a Service BDC Agent, you will be the voice of our service department. You will speak with customers, schedule service appointments, assist with follow-ups, and ensure every guest receives the positive, welcoming experience the Pride family is known for. Success in this role comes from patience, professionalism, and consistency — not prior industry experience. We provide complete training. What You’ll Do Customer Interaction & Communication Answer inbound service calls promptly and professionally Make friendly, outbound follow-ups for maintenance, recalls, and customer satisfaction Build rapport through warm, confident, and clear communication Appointment Coordination Schedule service visits accurately in the CRM Confirm appointment details, transportation needs, and expectations Provide advisors with complete and accurate customer notes Follow-Up & Service Retention Contact customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction Maintain consistent outreach for overdue maintenance and declined services Support the dealership’s mission to deliver an exceptional service experience Organization & Data Accuracy Document each customer interaction thoroughly Stay disciplined in daily follow-up routines Keep communication records organized and complete Who Thrives in This Role We hire for attitude and personality , not automotive experience.
