About The Position
Canyon Creek Toyota is seeking a reliable and organized Automotive Service Attendant to strengthen the support for our Service Department. As a service partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our vehicles are well presented to our customers. You’ll take pride in delivering an excellent experience, being detail oriented, and ensuring every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers. Requirements
- A valid Alberta Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred
- Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Frequent walking throughout the dealership building and lot
- Walking and/or standing for long periods
- Washing vehicles, which may include use of various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
- Significant time spent outdoors in various weather, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat. Weather conditions are monitored for safety as needed

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our service area, our customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
- Move, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles with care within dealership property
- Ensure any potential issues with vehicles are promptly reported
- Follow all workplace safety procedures; safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
- Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
- Other duties as assigned
