About The Position

The Service Associate collects single-use devices at hospitals within an assigned territory. The role also involves engaging with hospital staff to provide customer service, training, and education on proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solutions bins and which devices can be collected. In partnership with sales representatives, the associate manages inventory, supports the education cadence, and supplies materials to hospitals. The position is field-based and requires use of a personal vehicle, with driving of approximately 80–100 miles per day depending on territory.

Requirements

• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds daily.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
• High school degree or GED.
• Use of a personal vehicle; driving approximately 80–100 miles per day depending on territory.
