About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle the night-drop process for vehicles left the previous night.
• Organize vehicle keys and repair orders and distribute them to Service Advisors.
• Help move vehicles through the alignment checker as time permits.
• Support Service department team members by reviewing and billing repair orders.
• Answer phones and help clients schedule service appointments.
