About The Position

In this position, you are one of the first team members to arrive in the building and are responsible for handling the "night drop" process for vehicles that were dropped off the night before. You efficiently organize the keys and repair orders for these vehicles and distribute them to our Service Advisors, and you help get the vehicles through the alignment checker as time permits. Once the doors open at 7am and clients start coming in, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing out repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Automotive / dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities
