About The Position

The Service Assistant (busser) helps create a memorable dining experience by delivering polished service and supporting the Dining Room team. The role includes cleaning and resetting tables, assisting Servers with food delivery, maintaining supplies, and helping ensure Guest satisfaction while following sanitation and safety policies. Pay varies by location, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to Guests.
• Clean and reset tables to prepare the Dining Room for Guests.
• Assist Servers with food delivery.
• Focus on Guest satisfaction and relay messages to Servers as needed.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies to safeguard Guests and the business.
• Work collaboratively as a team player.
