About The Position
The Service Assistant (busser) helps create a memorable dining experience by delivering polished service and supporting the Dining Room team. The role focuses on guest hospitality, preparing tables, assisting with food delivery, maintaining supplies, and following sanitation and safety policies.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality to Guests.
- Ability to clean and reset tables.
- Ability to assist Servers with food delivery.
- Ability to maintain focus on Guest satisfaction and communicate messages to Servers.
- Ability to maintain supplies of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
- Adherence to sanitation and safety policies.
- Ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to Guests.
- Clean and reset tables to prepare the Dining Room for Guests.
- Assist Servers with food delivery.
- Focus on Guest satisfaction independently and relay messages to Servers as needed.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
- Follow sanitation and safety policies to safeguard Guests and the business.
- Work collaboratively as a team player.
