About The Position

Requirements

• Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid and clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
• Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery, including basic documentation and handoffs.
• Communicate with advisors to keep service timelines on track.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area, drive-thru and customer lounge.
