About The Position

Provide excellent service to restaurant customers and restaurant Service Persons.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Six months prior food service experience preferred
• Legible handwriting
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required
• Willing to learn and be adaptable
• Attention to detail/Observant
• Documented teamwork behaviors and attitudes
• Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene

Responsibilities

• Interact pleasantly with guests when moving through the dining room
• Know the hours/days of operation
• Complete prep, running, and post shift side-work requirements
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests
• Responsible for maintaining required supply levels in the dining room and service kitchens
• Maintain a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room
• Assist Servers in clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
• Accommodate the needs and requests of any guest
• Assist servers with delivering orders to guests when possible
• Build relationships with customers
• Abide by appearance standards
• Delight our guests with outstanding service
• Ensure service recovery activities
• Handle money according to procedure
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
• Follow guidelines of the EBCI liquor laws as defined by the Tribal ABC Board
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
• Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
