Service Assistant
About The Position
IHOP Service Assistants courteously and cheerfully greet and seat customers, answer the phone, take and prepare To-Go orders, assist with delivering food and beverages, handle cash, clear and clean tables, and maintain restaurant cleanliness. They also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. The job description is not all-inclusive. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and having full mobility of the hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
