Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or hospitality role (dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Basic computer proficiency (experience with dealership management systems like CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a bonus).
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet service guests warmly, assist with check-ins, and direct vehicles to the appropriate service bays.
Coordinate service appointments, manage loaner vehicle fleets, and maintain an organized schedule to maximize shop efficiency.
Assist Service Advisors with documentation, repair orders, and follow-up communications with clients regarding their vehicle status.
Help inspect completed vehicles to ensure they are clean, ready, and parked in the designated pickup areas for our guests.
