As an apprentice, you will spend the majority of your time working closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed to work on your own. Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug test.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT physical.

Nice To Haves

• Some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a primary customer contact.
