About The Position

Honda Stratham, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is seeking a detail-oriented individual for their Service Business Development Center. This role involves scanning paperwork, assisting with phone calls, and setting appointments. The position also requires maintaining customer relationships via email and phone to boost dealership sales. This role does not involve cold calling. ICL is an employee-owned company with multiple dealerships across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer focused with a friendly demeanor
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
