About The Position

Go Auto is seeking a dynamic Service Appointment Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is a people-person with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, ensuring a positive guest experience, handling communications, and coordinating with the parts department.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Tech-savvy

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates.
  • Ensure every service visit is a unique and extraordinary experience for guests.
  • Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department.
  • Collect and process payments following dealership guidelines.
  • Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours.
