About The Position

Our Evendale location is seeking a full time Service Agent. This position is responsible for the care and general maintenance of rental vehicles and keeping the parking lot clean and organized. This includes, vehicle inspections, cleaning and prepping the vehicle for next Rental Customer. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Every other Saturday 8am-12 pm.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Valid Driver License with good driving record
• Good Customer Service Skills to interact with both internal and external customers
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have good flexibility to perform moderate amount of physical work on a regular basis and able to work in hot or cold temperatures

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior and interior of vehicles by brush or operating washing equipment
• Polish, dry, clean windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior (stain removal)
• Determine need for windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Verify appropriate stickers, registration and plates are accurate and up to date
• May be required to shuttle vehicles and deliver vehicles to customers
• Train to provide back- up coverage for Rental Counter
• Assist Rental department with administrative functions
• Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
