About The Position

Evolution Mechanical and Controls is a mechanical services company built on delivering reliable, high-quality service — and an outstanding customer experience — to the commercial customers who depend on us. As part of the Modigent family of companies, we combine local, hands-on expertise with the resources and stability of a larger organization. We're growing our service team and looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Agent who takes ownership of the time-and-material process from first call to final invoice. The Service Agent owns the day-to-day service coordination process — from receiving the initial service request through dispatch, purchasing, job review, and billing. You'll be the customer's main point of contact throughout their service call, and a key connector between customers, technicians, Service Managers, and the Account Manager/Estimator team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership, can make sound, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the customer informed and well cared for at every step.
