We are searching for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor who’s ready to work with the best in the business. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Complete and pass background check and drug screening.
• Meet motor vehicle record requirements.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Be able to perform in fast pace environment

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency preferred to assist our diverse customer base

Responsibilities

• Maintain hours per RO around 1.5
• Drive customer pay sales over $80,000 monthly.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance benefits.
• A mindset for delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Follow the process.
