Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Complete and pass background check and drug screening
• Meet motor vehicle record requirements
• Positive attitude
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements
• Be able to perform in fast pace environment

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency preferred to assist our diverse customer base

Responsibilities

• Maintain hours per RO around 1.5
• Drive customer pay sales over $80,000 monthly
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance benefits
