About The Position

Mini of Austin, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, and providing accurate cost estimates. The role involves ensuring customers have a world-class service experience, understanding and approving maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates, and connecting with customers professionally about their vehicle questions. The position also requires striving to grow the dealership and your career by hitting challenging monthly goals.

Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes
Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Ability to use technical reference materials and technical manuals in written and online formats
Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
High school diploma or the equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Driver's License
