Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Consistent record of service and sales success
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Volkswagen experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service.
  • Own the customer experience from check-in to delivery.
  • Answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs.
  • Help ensure technician time is used efficiently.
  • Work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
