About The Position
Les Stumpf Ford has been trusted in the community for over 100 years—and we’re looking for a full time Service Advisor to join our team. We are committed to growing our Service Department with a forward thinking, dedicated Service Advisor with the drive and passion to continue building on a solid foundation while maintaining a positive customer service first attitude.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Valid driver's license required
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience not needed – will train a qualified candidate
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in our Service Drive and perform walk around inspection on the customer vehicle
- Record proper vehicle and customer information
- Actively listen and record customer concerns
- Accurately relay vehicle updates with customer via phone, text or email
- Provide excellent customer service during customer visit and follow up
- Provide an active delivery process of vehicle upon customer arrival for vehicle pick up
- Positive communication between Service team members
- Maintain clean, organized work area
