Requirements

Prior dealership experience is required.
Reliable work history.
Detail-driven execution: Accuracy, follow-through, and accountability are non-negotiable.
High-speed adaptability: Ability to perform under pressure, juggle priorities, and keep operations moving.
Customer command: Communicate with confidence, build trust quickly, and turn service visits into loyalty.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with confidence and authority, setting the tone for an exceptional service experience.
Present clear, accurate estimates and professionally explain services and repairs.
Collaborate directly with technicians and service leadership to ensure speed, quality, and accuracy.
Document all service activity with precision and consistency.
Handle concerns head-on, protect CSI, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
