About The Position
Andy Mohr Nissan is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. Andy Mohr Automotive Group is a large volume car dealership group in Indiana, focused on selling and servicing vehicles efficiently. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, obtaining vehicle information, accurately reporting customer concerns, determining and recommending maintenance, preparing cost estimates, monitoring repair progress, updating customers, reconciling invoices, and explaining completed work and charges.
Requirements
- Preferred at least a minimum 1 year experience in a Service Advisory role
- Reynolds and Nissan experience
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
