About The Position

Bob Weaver Auto is hiring a Service Advisor to help customers through the vehicle service process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and helping customers, and can confidently recommend needed maintenance and repairs. The company is a busy, family-owned dealership with a strong reputation and a growing service department, offering a long-term career opportunity. Automotive experience is helpful, but strong customer service or sales experience can also translate well.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and check vehicles in for service
  • Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs
  • Schedule appointments
  • Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Prepare estimates and finalize repair orders
  • Help create a positive customer experience
