About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through repair completion. Service Advisor experience is not required, but preferred, automotive dealership experience is a plus! We will train the right candidate. If you have the ability to work within high standards, the ambition to achieve aggressive goals and grow within our organization, we want to meet with you.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with service management software.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Service Advisor experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
  • Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress and costs.
  • Process payments and maintain service records.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
