Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and listen to their service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
  • Clearly explain repair recommendations, timelines, and costs
  • Communicate between customers and technicians
  • Provide accurate estimates and obtain repair approvals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain organized service records and documentation
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every interaction
