About The Position

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the service process, listening to customer concerns, and accurately documenting vehicle issues. This role involves recommending maintenance and repair services, preparing estimates, writing repair orders, and explaining work clearly and professionally. The Service Advisor will also communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs and deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
