About The Position

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership experience, strong organization and communication skills, a stable work history, a good driving record, and be drug-free. You must possess urgency, accountability, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. The ability to work independently is also crucial. The schedule is Tuesday - Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with hours potentially adjusting based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior dealership experience preferred

• Driver's License (Required)
• 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Work independently to manage service appointments and customer inquiries.
