About The Position

Go North Surrey GM is looking for a confident, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their high-volume service team. This is a strong opportunity for an advisor who wants steady traffic, real earning potential, and a dealership where the service drive is consistently busy. The dealership has a high volume of new and used vehicles sold monthly, approximately 130 service appointments per day, and 25+ service bays, offering strong customer traffic and repair order opportunity. This role is for an advisor who wants volume, opportunity, and a service department with momentum, joining a store with strong customer traffic, a large service operation, and a team that needs someone who can keep customers informed, technicians productive, and repair orders moving.

Requirements

• Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
• Can manage a busy service drive without losing focus
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
• Understand repair orders, timelines, approvals, and follow-up
• Know how to recommend maintenance and repairs professionally
• Care about CSI and customer experience
• Are organized, calm under pressure, and accountable
• Are comfortable with overtime and occasional Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• GM, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, or Cadillac experience is an asset, but strong dealership advisor experience from another brand will also be considered.

Responsibilities
