Burn's is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. They are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, great with people, organized, well-spoken, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
  • Communicate with technicians to determine necessary repairs and services
  • Prepare clear, accurate estimates
  • Explain repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs
  • Schedule service and repair appointments
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
