About The Position
Motocorsa is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary connection between our service department and our customers. In this role, you'll help riders maintain their motorcycles, communicate service recommendations, and ensure every customer receives a premium ownership experience. If you're passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and want to work with one of the premier powersports and luxury motorcycle dealerships in the Pacific Northwest, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon delivery
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed sales, gross profit, and customer service goals
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards
