The goal is to build lifelong service customers, and Service Advisors are the first point of contact. Candidates should have high-level customer service experience, time management skills, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize tasks for customers is essential. Duties include interacting with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work performed, researching vehicle history for recommendations, maintaining customer information, completing tasks efficiently, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and scheduling appointments.
