About The Position

Pete’s RV Center is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is not an order-taking role—this is a sales-driven position where you are responsible for driving revenue through service recommendations, managing customer relationships, and owning the repair process from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales-driven, performance-based environment, is confident recommending and selling services, wants to maximize income based on performance, can handle a high-volume workload without losing attention to detail, and takes ownership of results and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven ability or desire to sell in a service environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Confidence working in a commission/performance-based role
• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Automotive, RV, or Service Advisor experience is a plus—but we will train the right motivated, sales-driven candidate.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and control daily workflow
• Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
• Present and sell recommended services and repairs
• Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
• Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history
• Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
• Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively
• Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
