About The Position

Audi Calabasas is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering a high-level customer experience and looking to grow their career with a luxury brand. While prior highline dealership experience is a plus, the dealership is open to training individuals with strong backgrounds in customer service or sales who are eager to learn and succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience required.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-minded with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

• Highline dealership experience.
• Strong background in customer service or sales.
• Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-level customer experience.
• Manage customer service and sales interactions.
• Learn and succeed in a luxury automotive environment.
• Rotate Saturday work as scheduled.
