True North Equipment is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Impact Center team in Grand Forks, with additional support responsibilities for our Mahnomen and Northwood retail locations. In this in-person role, you will work closely with the Impact Center Operations Manager and Service Managers to streamline service operations, coordinate repair orders, support scheduling, and ensure efficient invoicing and customer communication across multiple locations. You will help manage the entire work order process — from the initial customer inquiry through job completion and final billing — while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and customers. True North Equipment has been in business since 1949 and has 10 locations with over 200 employees.
