About The Position

Kendall Ford of Marysville is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team. This role operates within a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers in the service department and plays a crucial role in building lifelong service customers. The position involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, making educated recommendations based on vehicle history, maintaining customer information, efficiently completing tasks, communicating with customers via various channels, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Verifying that work was properly performed and diagnosed
