Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in automotive service software.
- A valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BMW or Mini brands.
- ASE certification.
Responsibilities
- Advise service customers on the maintenance and repair needs of their vehicles.
- Create repair orders and manage customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
