Service Advisor - Audi Flatirons
About The Position
Audi Flatirons has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the Holman Family! The Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs. This role involves meeting and greeting customers with courtesy and efficiency, writing up service needs, and providing customers with accurate estimates for the cost and completion time of work. The Service Advisor will communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sell necessary repair or maintenance services for vehicles. Maintaining knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies is crucial. The role also requires keeping the customer informed and advising them of their vehicle's prognosis. Additionally, the Service Advisor will call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
Nice To Haves
- Service Advisor experience highly desired
- Dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
- Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work.
- Communicate effectively with the customer, to achieve satisfactory repairs, sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
- Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
- Keeps the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
- Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
