About The Position
Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Audi Flatirons has an outstanding opportunity for an Internal Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman Family! This role involves managing service, maintenance, and repairs for inventory vehicles by coordinating with New and Used car managers, suppliers, and vendors. The position also requires scheduling ancillary services and recovery vehicles, keeping relevant parties informed of progress, and performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience is a plus
- Customer Service experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls from New and Used car managers who wish to organize service, maintenance and repairs to their inventory vehicles
- Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with the appropriate suppliers and vendors
- Ensure that recovery vehicles are organized promptly
- Schedule other ancillary services as required
- Keep New and Used Managers and other interested parties informed of progress
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
