The Service Advisor is the face of our business and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through the repair process, and help them make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. We're looking for someone who is positive, organized, and passionate about helping people. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Consultant in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and service management software.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, build trust, and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Recommend additional services based on inspections and maintenance needs to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process.
  • Prepare accurate service estimates and work orders.
  • Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers on approvals, service status updates, and post-service satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Help drive shop performance KPIs including car count, ARO (average repair order), and closing ratio.
