About The Position
Lexus of Dayton, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Experienced Service Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. Hudson Automotive Group, founded in 1948, is a third-generation, family owned & operated business proudly serving customers with all their automotive needs. Hudson Automotive has grown from a single location in Providence, KY to a multistate, multi-franchise organization with over 50 dealerships and more than 4,000 employees throughout 8 States concentrated in the Southeast.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
- Previous Service Advisor Experience is required
Nice To Haves
- Luxury Dealership/Sales Experience is preferred
- Previous Experience at High-line Automotive setting
Responsibilities
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
