About The Position

Griffith Ford Seguin is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Service Advisor. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all our customers at our Seguin, Texas location. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the service process from beginning to end.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately determine their service needs
  • Create and maintain accurate service records for each customer
  • Communicate estimated costs and timeframes for service repairs to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to provide timely and efficient service to customers
  • Upsell additional products and services to customers when applicable
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
