About The Position

Volkswagen Saskatoon is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. This role serves as the primary connection between customers and the service shop, focusing on building trust, clear communication, and ensuring a smooth service experience from beginning to end. Success in this role contributes to customer retention, shop productivity, and overall team success.

Requirements

  • A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales
  • Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam
  • Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
  • Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations
  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently
  • Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
  • Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
  • Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations
  • Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfaction
