Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience at a dealership or large facility
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong technical knowledge & customer service skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and great communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point-of-contact for customers needing automotive service
• Understand customer concerns and arrange appropriate repairs/services
• Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians, keeping everyone on the same page
• Set and manage expectations to ensure a smooth service experience
• Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
